Contact Person Office

The Office is suitable for students who are interested in communication, relationship-building, teamwork, and student leadership. Initiative, organization, follow-up, and the ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds are valuable strengths. Written and verbal communication skills, networking, and an interest in student organizations or international relations are additional advantages. However, these skills are not requirements for joining the Office. A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and commit to the work is the most important quality.

If you join the Contact Person Office, you will be part of the team responsible for building communication bridges between the Federation, its members, and different organizations and stakeholders. You will take part in communicating with university Contact Persons, identifying collaboration opportunities, preparing and following up on official correspondence, and coordinating with partners and different teams to implement activities. The experience will give you the opportunity to work as part of a team, participate in local and international collaborations and meetings, and take real responsibility for communication and follow-up tasks. Through your work, you will develop professional communication and email-writing skills, networking and relationship-building, partnership management, organization and follow-up, teamwork and leadership, while gaining practical experience in representing the Federation and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
