Official Executive Offices

The Office of the Secretary General serves as the administrative and organisational backbone of the Federation. It is responsible for documenting meetings, managing official correspondence, and maintaining the Federation's archives and constitutional documents. The office acts as a key link between the Executive Committee, other offices, and member organisations, ensuring transparent and well-organised administrative operations. It also oversees preparations for the General Assembly and keeps the Constitution and Domestic Rules up to date.

The Office of Internal Relations focuses on strengthening communication between the Federation and its member university unions, maintaining direct and continuous contact through each union's Contact Person. The office also works on reaching out to non-member university unions and supporting their development into active members, while keeping in touch Members and Alumni. It serves as the main link connecting the Federation's internal student structure together.

The Contact Person Office serves as a key communication link between the Federation, its members, and relevant external stakeholders. The Office works to strengthen internal and external communication, build professional relationships, and facilitate collaboration opportunities. It coordinates with university Contact Persons, manages professional correspondence, follows up on partnerships and opportunities, and supports communication between different teams and stakeholders. The Office also contributes to expanding the Federation’s network and creating opportunities for members to engage in local and international initiatives.

The Social and Cultural Life of Students Office is a space dedicated to enhancing the student experience within and beyond the Federation through programs and initiatives that bring together culture, creativity, social interaction, and student participation. The Office develops and implements both in-person and digital activities that allow students to express their ideas and talents, connect with others, and take part in diverse experiences beyond the academic aspect. It also provides students with opportunities to contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs, and to turn ideas and suggestions into practical initiatives.
