Section 1

About the Office

The Contact Person Office serves as a key communication link between the Federation, its members, and relevant external stakeholders. The Office works to strengthen internal and external communication, build professional relationships, and facilitate collaboration opportunities. It coordinates with university Contact Persons, manages professional correspondence, follows up on partnerships and opportunities, and supports communication between different teams and stakeholders. The Office also contributes to expanding the Federation’s network and creating opportunities for members to engage in local and international initiatives.

Maintaining regular communication with university Contact Persons and addressing their inquiries and needs.

Sharing announcements, information, and opportunities between the Federation and its members.

Initiating and maintaining communication with external organizations and stakeholders.

What does it mean to work in this Office?

If you join the Contact Person Office, you will be part of the team responsible for building communication bridges between the Federation, its members, and different organizations and stakeholders.

You will take part in communicating with university Contact Persons, identifying collaboration opportunities, preparing and following up on official correspondence, and coordinating with partners and different teams to implement activities.

The experience will give you the opportunity to work as part of a team, participate in local and international collaborations and meetings, and take real responsibility for communication and follow-up tasks. Through your work, you will develop professional communication and email-writing skills, networking and relationship-building, partnership management, organization and follow-up, teamwork and leadership, while gaining practical experience in representing the Federation and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
